Your membership application will be submitted to the Committee for approval, and you will receive your membership after the next meeting. Please retain a copy of this form as proof of your membership until your membership card has been received.
Your spouse/partner will be considered a social member so please enter their name on the form if applicable, but separate membership cards will not be issued.
Memberships are renewable on the anniversary of you joining and you will be contacted at least three weeks before your renewal date to request payment and advise you of the amount payable.
