Our boatyard runway is getting refurbished. After this years replacement of many sleepers on the main boat runway, work has now started renewing much of the concrete near the main entrance and around the locker room.
Our new boatman, Ian, has been doing an excellent job of clearing, weeding and tidying the compound area over the last few months and we would like to remind all of our members to keep the area around their own boat clean and tidy.
Our old donkey winch has now been replaced with a faster, more powerful model. It has been fitted on a new concrete base and should give us years of easy boat retrieval.
